2021 grape were plant in the hills of Los Altos in 2015.
Grapes were provided very little water. Berries are smaller but intense flavor.
After harvest it was hand picked in fall. Grapes were crushed and destem and allowed to cold soak for 3 days to help extract the full color and taste from skin come out right away.Ripe blackberry fruit entry, full bodied, rich textures, exotic spice and mocha taste .
Bold notes, blueberry, cola, plum and sweet oak. Mid palate is structured with a lively acid, fruit driven profile. Complex, long, and textured yet refined finish.
